鉆孔(kong)灌注樁在(zai)深(shen)(shen)厚泥(ni)(ni)(ni)炭質(zhi)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)樁基(ji)(ji)礎施工中,因(yin)其成(cheng)孔(kong)范(fan)圍內分布有深(shen)(shen)厚欠固結泥(ni)(ni)(ni)炭、泥(ni)(ni)(ni)炭質(zhi)土(tu)等軟(ruan)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)。因(yin)此,在(zai)該(gai)類地層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)施工存在(zai)以下(xia)問(wen)題(ti):(1)欠固結泥(ni)(ni)(ni)炭質(zhi)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)極(ji)易塌孔(kong),造成(cheng)孔(kong)底沉渣過厚甚至無法成(cheng)孔(kong)的技術難題(ti);(2)在(zai)灌注樁身(shen)混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)時因(yin)軟(ruan)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)孔(kong)隙率(lv)大(da)、重度低、側向約束小,混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)極(ji)易向周邊(bian)軟(ruan)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)擴散,從而造成(cheng)混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)液面(mian)下(xia)降(jiang)而影(ying)響樁身(shen)質(zhi)量、擴散后(hou)(hou)的混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)在(zai)樁身(shen)周邊(bian)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)中凝(ning)(ning)固后(hou)(hou)影(ying)響相鄰(lin)其余樁基(ji)(ji)施工;(3)樁身(shen)長細(xi)比大(da),欠固結泥(ni)(ni)(ni)炭質(zhi)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)范(fan)圍內的孔(kong)壁土(tu)體應(ying)力釋(shi)放后(hou)(hou)擠壓混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)而縮頸,嚴重時形成(cheng)斷樁。
